I can enter the AppStore and find the app I want to download without problems. When I click Download I am asked to log in, and so I do. However, the AppStore asks me again to log in, and I am caught in a loop.
I only have ONE SDL account.
I have tried the following. To log in to my account before going to the AppStore, to go to the AppStore and log in when asked by the AppStore, to clean my browser's cache before going to the AppStore, and to update my browser - Google Chrome - before going to the AppStore. Always the same problem: I am asked to log in in order to download an app from the Store.
Can anyone help?
In the past, I have had a similar problem with my default browser, Firefox. Through trial and error, I found that using a different browser (Edge) solved the problem. Nowadays, with cookies enabled, it works well (in Firefox), even logs in automatically. You might try a similar thing.
I'm having the same problem. Everything worked fine on my previous machine (Windows 8.1, Studio 2017) but after I recently migrated computers (Windows 10) and downloaded Studio 2019 I'm unable to download any apps, tried both Google Chrome and Bing. I'm logged in to my SDL account but as soon as I go to AppStore I'm asked to log in to download the app
Any help out there? - A client requires me to use an app and I just can't get it.

Which browser are you using? Have you tried logging in using a different Browser?
My default browser is Chrome but I also tried Edge, finally Firefox. In Firefox I'm logged in but download fails anyway with no error message, the app does not appear in Studio under AddIns. The version of the app selected, terms and conditions accepted... and nothing happens. I must be doing something wrong.

This is rather odd- are you using the correct email address (the one registered on your SDL Account?).
If you are available- we can run a quick Skype meeting if you wish and i can take a look at this.
Yes, I'm using the correct login data and am logged in to my SDL account where everything works. It's only in AppStore that I'm unable to download from. Right now I'm working against a tight deadline so unfortunately I have no time for a Skype meeting or remote access, thank you for suggesting that, let's leave it for later.
I enabled cookies and ads in Chrome, logged in first to my SDL account and stayed logged in in AppStore. After several! tries I succeeded in downloading the 2 apps. However, previously the downloading process was much smoother. This time I spent far too much time on it. If ads/cookies must be allowed it should be said so. I still don't know what the problem was, and have no idea what the future brings in this respect.

Cookies should always be enabled (we dont run ads at all from either the SDL app store or community).
If the browser security settings are too high- this will prevent the downloads.
Sorry i should have thought about this one as its a common occurence.
