The 2019 version of Legacy Converter erases all the tags in the target when importing the .doc file back to sdlxliff.
This is an issue we didn't have with the 2017 version. Can it be fixed?

I think this is very unlikely to be the 2019 version of the plugin specifically because we have not changed the way this application works for many years, so we'll have to look at the files and the process to try and reproduce it.

Are there any news? We would really like to know if Legacy Converter is going to work correctly before we upgrade to Trados 2019.
I also attach a screenshot of an imported file (done with Legacy Converter 2017) where all of the tags were removed. You can also see the log file attached.
This problem with LC 2017 always happens in some of our computers, but not in all of them. Do you have any idea why this may happen, if there is the same Trados version in all of the computers?
We have updated the plugins, can you test with the updated version? Make sure you completely remove the old versions with the plugin manager before installing the new ones:
