I ran the installer with Admin rights. Same when I tried opening the app from the Start menu and the Studio folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15).
The description of the app says: *Created a new Version 18.104.22.168 for Studio 2019 SR1. Could that be the problem? I am running SR2.
I am using Studio 2019 SR2 (22.214.171.1241) and SR2 CU4 Beta 2.

Updating T-Window (for SR2) is on our future 'to-do' list.
I cannot give you a specific date for this, as we have a number of other apps we need to prioritize at the moment.
Once this has been done, we will let everyone know.
if you are updating this app anyways - I tried it a while ago and it did not seem to work with network drives. Is that possible?
