We have a problem with the Qualitivity plugin installed for Trados 2017. After installing it, a bug appears (like in a screenshot). This problem occurs only when the user is working on a mobile profile. Is there a solution to this problem?

Did you install the plugin into the roaming folder?
Are you working through a remote desktop perhaps?
