I am aware that this issue has been already posted but, unfortunately, I was not able to sort this out.
I’ve installed “DeepL MT Provider” (version 18.104.22.168 for Studio 2019) and entered my API code provided by DeepL. However, the plugin does not provide any translation result when I try to edit a segment on the Editor (please see below). The edited segment shows the “AT” status but it is empty. No error message whatsoever.
I was not able to add the plugin to the firewall whitelist as when I click “Browse” it only shows .exe, .com or . icd extension files.
My Trados Studio version is SR2 – 22.214.171.1243.
Any help, please?

To try and identify where the problem is, please remove the plugin from the following folders
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\Then delete the complete folders in this folder that have the same deepL in there somewhere:c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Unpacked\c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Unpacked\c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Unpacked\Then double click the sdlplugin you just downloaded from the SDL AppStore and try again...selecting
Please ensure you copy and paste the API key (and not type) as this i believe sometimes causes issues.
If you are still having issues, can you please tell us how you are connecting to the internet- such as via a domain or direct internet connection.

Unfortunately, I am still having the same issue.
I think I have an internet direct connection. I am working at a coworking site and I connect a network cable to my laptop in order to access the Internet. However, I have also tried at home with the same result.
I hope you can give any other tips I can try.
Im not exactly sure how the web access is set up at the 'co-working site' so this could be domain based.
But as you are having the same issues at home- then it would suggest there is a block on your machine.
Maybe even a blocked port via your firewall- Port 443
Please make sure that you have everything up to date including MultiTerm- tjhis fixed another users issue-
