This time I was not able to restart by changing the 188.8.131.52 in tahe Appdata sub-folder, reinstalling SDL Trados 2019., reinstalling the Plugin (I see two of them now, tried all possible combinations ON/FF, OFF/ON, ON/ON)
Anybody has other suggestions?

Please use the SDL Plugin Management tool to remove the plug in.
Then navigate to the following folder and ensure all traces have been removed. (both in Packages and Unpacked folder)
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15
Ensure Studio (and MultiTerm is up to date) and then re-install the plugiin via the SDL App Store.
Has this resolved the issue?
