Although I have the latest version of the plugin, I'm unable to create a project as the jobs appear grayed out, so I'm unable to right click on any job.
I've been advised to contact you after having uninstalled and installed the plugin several times.
can you please advise on this?

It is difficult for me to try and reproduce the issue as i dont have LingoTek access.
The download and install of the plugin went fine for me, but as I (we) don't have access to the Lingotek servers, its impossible to try to replicate.
I would however suggest in the first instance- logging out- closing Studio and then rebooting your PC and restarting Studio.
Then please log into Studio- top right-hand corner and then try to log back into LingoTek.

Did you find the source of this issue as we have the same issue here and I'm not sure if this is related to the fact that the download of tasks from Lingotek is locked by the client who is using Lingotek.
I've tried this but I'm still facing the same issue.

I do have the latest issue of Studio installed. I guess I will have to wait for the new release hoping that it'll fix the issue.
I wasn't able to as the files are grayed out.
Hi Maryanne, please note that it is the expected behaviour of Lingotek TMS Plugin to disable (gray out) jobs that are already checked out to another user. After making sure that no one else is working on the file, please check the files back in Lingotek. Once checked in, you should be able to create projects for those files using the plugin.
Hi Ekin, I made sure no one checked out the tasks.
I tested today with projects in Lingotek where the download of files is not restricted and it worked. So, the reason why you cant download and create a project is that the download is restricted in Lingotek. You might need to go to your client and ask to allow download.
