I have a fully licensed Trados Studio 2019 SR 2 freelance plus and I installed the latest Deepl Plugin for Trados 2019, when I try to use deepl I get the message:
Die Datei oder Assembly "Newtonsoft_Json, Version=18.104.22.168, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token = 30ad4feb6b26aeed" oder eine Abhängigkeit davon wurde nicht gefunden. Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden"
I have installed and uninstalled Trados many times but it still does not work. I have another deepl account working on another Computer with trados 2019 and I have no Problems.
Can anyone help?

You almost certainly are not using the latest version of Studio 2019 or it's an old plugin. If you just downloaded and installed the latest plugin then check your Studio. You should have:
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 22.214.171.1245

After having read a previous answer of yours to a similar question I relaoaded studio trados and cancelled the plug in for deepl and reloaded it again, When you do this it is impossible to download a previous version of deepl as you cannot click on it. When you have SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 126.96.36.1995 you can only click on deepl version for Studio 2019 and not the previous one. So yes I do have both latest versions of trados and deepl and it does not work, As I said I have Studio latest version and deepl latest version on another computer and there are no problems. I also have two different deepl accounts for use on two studio trados accounts.
Do you have any further suggestion for me?

I'm pretty convinced you are getting confused over versions here and I don't really understand what your comment above means. Can we do a call to look at this together? Drop me an email at email@example.com with your skype details perhaps and we can look at this together.
