I've used both the IATE app and Trados 2021 SR1 for some time. Today I've been getting "Error in requesting the access token" when starting Studio. I restarted my machine. Same result.
If I click OK on the error message, Studio closes. The Save button in the error message makes Studio unresponsive.
But I can access the stack trace (see screenshot), which mentions the IATE app. After uninstalling the app, Studio behaves normally.
Thanks Emma Goldsmith we've logged as SDLCOM-2363 and will investigate and resolve. The problem might be due to changes in the way the API is working, but either way we'll get to the bottom of it.
