Bug with IATE Terminology Provider and SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1?

I've used both the IATE app and Trados 2021 SR1 for some time. Today I've been getting "Error in requesting the access token" when starting Studio. I restarted my machine. Same result.

If I click OK on the error message, Studio closes. The Save button in the error message makes Studio unresponsive.

But I can access the stack trace (see screenshot), which mentions the IATE app. After uninstalling the app, Studio behaves normally.
