SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance software, update to version SR1 - 15.1.2.48878

I have just updated my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance software to version SR1 - 15.1.2.48878
I have since tried to run the batch task "Pretranslate files" on three completely different WORD files for different customers, and the task has failed every time.
The error message reads "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".
It seems odd that this task is now failing 100% of the time.
I should add that I have tried the usual workarounds that have triggered this error message in the past, such as eliminating the Contents Table, or saving the file as a "Word 97-2003 Document", but all to no avail.
Please can you resolve this bug in the latest version of your software.

    Hello  ,

    Unfortunately the error message 'object reference...' is very generic and does not tell us anything useful.

    Please post the full error stack as this contains valuable information-

    Error dialog box with 'object reference...' message and an 'OK' button, with arrows pointing to 'Click here' and 'Advanced Editing Options' in a forum post editor.

    I have followed the instructions to ensure that Windows 10 is fully up to date, and done the same with MS Office, so all my related software is fully up to date. Unfortunately I got the same error this morning, this time on an EXCEL file. Error report attached.
