Error message during update to SDL Trados Studio 2019

I have purchased an upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance to SDL Trados Studio Freelance 2019.

During the upgrade, the following error message appears when I am trying to install SDL Trados Studio 2019:

Setup detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first.

I had a trial version of SDL Trados Studio Profressional 2019 installed but it was uninstalled before running the upgrade.

I have also followed the resolution in https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000008215 but the problem persists.

Can you please help to solve this issue?
