I have just installed Studio 2021 and would like to explore the Cloud features. However, when I try to sign into the Language Cloud on my desktop, it comes up with a Window but not the usual wee form:
I can sign into Language Cloud through my browser, so the log-in details are correct. But no form within the software. Is this a wee bug?

Could you please install Studio 2021 CU1 (Help- Check for Updates)
Then restart your machine and see if the problem persists.
If so, please check that Studio 2021 is added to your AntiVirus exceptions list. Then restart again.

I always update my Trados Studio 2021 and I continue with the problem. I cannot sign iinto the SDL Language Cloud Machine on my desktop. It appears blank too. No problems when I sign in on the browser. I have to update my apps through browser... everything else is working well. Any suggestions to solve this problem??? Thanks!!

Hi, I just bought and installed Studio 2021 today, and I'm having the same problem and can't find a clear answer to this. Please help.
Hello - I am the original poster. I eventually resolved this issue by manually updating Studio 2021 when a new update became available. Then I was able to log into my account.
