Unable to sign into Language Cloud from desktop - Studio 2021 - screen blank

Hello

I have just installed Studio 2021 and would like to explore the Cloud features. However, when I try to sign into the Language Cloud on my desktop, it comes up with a Window but not the usual wee form:

I can sign into Language Cloud through my browser, so the log-in details are correct. But no form within the software. Is this a wee bug?
