How can I keep the TMs and NMT checked. When I start translating these get unchecked and no matter I check the fourth checkbox, I have to import the files to the TM for it to be updated. I need this support please.

It sounds as though there may be some misunderstanding of the differences between File -> Options and Project Settings. Might be worth reviewing this very good article based on an explanation from Jerzy Czopik:

If the settings seem to keep on getting unchecked it sounds as though you may be checking them in your Project Settings after the project is created each time and not realising that this will continue to occur unless you make these changes in your default project creation settings under File -> Options or the Project Templates you are using.
