Login to SDL ID

Hello,

From yesterday I'm not able to login to SDL Trados Live. After each Log In attempt I already receive message:

Error message in SDL Trados Live stating 'An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team.' with an OK button.

I do not understand what's wrong. Please how can I login successfully?
