Detecting language please wait for.......
(As usual,) I'm confused. I upgraded from Studio 2019 to "SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus". I read online that I would be getting free access to Trados Live. Not entirely clear which version/plan. "Essentials"? As far as I can tell, I have a licence for the program, rather than the new subscription. But to be honest, I can't be sure.
I've read the various bits of info online (and watched the video), and have NO idea what to do to enable, access, use the new Live feature/functionality.
When I try to create a new "Cloud project" from inside SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, I am told: "You do not have the appropriate permissions to create Cloud projects". Now what?
A few introductions first... I guess you've looked at these?

The last link is probably the most useful. It's worth starting here perhaps:
Before you get started with Cloud Projects you need to get set up and prepare how you want to work, so if you just jumped straight in you may well find things are not so straight forward... not yet anyway. This initial release will be improved a lot as we go forward but for now you need to make sure you understand what you are using and why it's important.
Another important thing to understand is inheritance. So read this careful too:
You cannot just jump in with this product because you may regret it later if you do a lot of work and only then start to think about organisation and how you want to use it in practice.

Onto your specific questions. This may be related to not being set up properly... it may also be related to you being not logged into Studio with the appropriate account. Can confirm how far you got in configuring your resources in the cloud and that you are using the same account in Studio that you would use to access here:
Then we can look at what we need to do next, and if needed we can get your Languagecloud account checked.

Just checked it, and it all works now!
I've the same problem, so just the SDL Support can fix it?
