Cloud files and tasks: Error while downloading file. Task accepted, but download failed.

Question

Hi, 
 I'm receiving a notification while trying to translate a file in a Cloud project: 
 Cloud files and tasks: Error while downloading [file name]. Task accepted, but download failed. 
 The file was uploaded from my desktop. I can edit it in Trados Live, but I can't open it in Trados Studio.

The task history seems OK:

Does anyone know what is going on?
