To try and understand the issue in more detail- can you clarify whether the project was created locally in Studio (local or cloud project) or in directly in LC?

It's not the first time this has happened as I said before, it happened with a local project connected to a cloud termbase. But usually, everything is fine when I restart SDL Trados. It's just that the problems just keep repeating themselves too often with SDL 2021 and SDL Live, whereas I've only ever had small problems with the 2017 and 2019 versions. And it's annoying when you have a project to finish. I don't create cloud projects anymore until you fix the bug with SDL Live.

I have spoken to the support team who have suggested resetting Studio

If this doesn't help we can log a support ticket and the team will take a look at this for you.
