Cannot log into Trados Live on the web due to permission issues

Hello, 
 
 I'm trying to log into Trados Live on Edge/Chrome to use it for the first time, but I'm getting this error message no matter what browser/system I use. 
 
 Does anyone know how to solve or work around this?

And I also can't create or access cloud projects on Trados 2021... Just wanna know how to fix these.
