Dates auto-propagating when shouldn't

One of our translators (using Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.7.2849) is having an issue when she confirms a segment with a date in it.  She is translation from English to Portuguese.

When confirms segment 6 it automatically changes date format in segment 4 to match that which is in segment 6.  The same would happen if first confirm segment 4.   There are several days and months listed in document.  This automatic date change happens for each segment that has one of these two date format options.

Work around right now is to Prompt user when using auto-propagation, but that can be time consuming when have so many dates in a file.

Wondering if this might be something in the QA checker.

Any assist would be appreciated.
