Thought I would give the SDL Language Cloud termbases another try, to see if they work better now, but I can't access any of the SDL Language Cloud stuff in Studio 2019. Not in the latest regular version, nor in the latest beta. I am shown the following in the Termbase Viewer
SDL Language CloudYou do not have the required permissions to access this resource.
I can log in fine and se my termbase @ https://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc/t/261636/resources/termbases
Und was jetzt?
Hmm, the Cloud machine translation thingee seems to work though...

OK, finally had a moment to spare and created a ticket via the link you gave me. My case number = 00465229
I hope someone manages to fix this as I would like to try it out again.
Phew, problem solved by support. Apparently, I was on the old subscription system and needed to be switched to the new sub system.
