Has anybody else faced the following problem in the last two days ?!
''SDL Language Cloud Language Cloud'' has been disabled and could not be opened ?
how can it be solved?
I did remove it ...restarted it again ..tried agian ...
it doesn't help ?!
Try removing the Language Cloud provider and add it again. If that doesn't help remove the Language Provider provider, restart Studio and try again.
it says no machine translation engines that match your language pairs ! although the language pair is English to Arabic, and I have always used SDL language clould to translate this language pair ...
Well... progress at least. This is a different message to the one you first reported. I also note you have a notification in the top right. Please make sure you have updated Studio to the latest version as this might be related to some changes we introduced in CU4 that expose NMT for you to use in addition to the old statistical engines.

Still I did update it manually vial ''help'' 'check for updates''
but no notifications !

Hi, I've had the same issue for a couple of days now. I haven't installed the update yet, as I'm working on a large project and I'd rather complete it first.
The problem is cleared now for my language pair...''SDL Language Cloud Language Cloud'' can be used again ....
Would you tell us if you still have the problem?

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I have tried removing it, restarting my Trados, and adding it back, but it still doesn't work. How did you solve this in the end?
Hi Claire, unfortunately It doesn't work all the time for me. I don't use Studio every day and when I go back to it after a while, it never works on the first try.
Edit: I've just tried and It doesn't work at the moment

Are you both navigating to the individual language level as instructed in the error message?
@Elena- can you maybe be a little more specific of what is not working exactly?
