Hi, for a few days now, I am unable to use SDL cloud machine translation and get the message I get is that the translation provider has been deactivated. What does it mean and how can I re-activate it?

When I try to activate SDL Cloud Machine translation, the SDL ID window opens with the message "last time you logged in as ..." (correct email address) and when I close that window, I still get the message "provider de-activated".
PS: I am not working on a SDL Studio GroupShare project
And when I click on "Not my account' and try to sign in again, the green start keeps turning, but nothing happens
