.After update Trados Studio 2019 I am not able to install and use Language Cloud.

I have the same problem as Denise Baldwin. After update Trados Studio 2019 I am not able to install and use Language Cloud. Appear the warning "You are not currently subscribed to a machine translation package.To select a package, visit your account." I selected a package and not allwoed to use Language Cloud!

    This would need to be investigated by SDL Language Cloud Support.

    The log-in system has been updated and now a single sign-on system is in place that uses the same SDL ID for all SDL services, Language Cloud, SDL Account, etc.

    Also it is important that Trados Studio has Administrative rights in order to be able to connect to the Language Cloud servers.

    Since the log-in window uses Internet Explorer please make sure your IE is up to date.

    Also if you have an Antivirus or Windows Firewall make sure it is not blocking Language Cloud
