Hello, Could anyone help me solving my problem: I use SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 and before it was OK, since two weeks I did not use it. Now, when I try to open a new project, I constantly get the message : ''An error has occurred while using the translation provider SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation: Language Cloud engine not found''I restarted Studio many times but no results.Your help is highly appreciated !!
I have the same problem - sifted through answers, downloaded another plugin recommended by Paul but to no avail, still can't use the function
Encountering the same issue since Monday - I use SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2. I cannot apply LC any longer. Could anyone help us please?

Please check that you are on the latest version of Studio 2019 (15.2.6.2831).
After logging into Studio you can go to Help- Check for updates or simply click the notifications' tab
Please also ensure you have the latest version of SDL Machine Translation Cloud installed

I confirm that I have the latest version of Studio 2019 installed (15.2.6.2831) and the latest version of SDL Machine translation installed.
When I want to add SDL Machine Translation Cloud Provider as a TM nothing happens and when I want to add SDL Language Cloud as a TM, now I only have access to Adaptive MT models.

Have you checked your subscription on https://languagecloud.sdl.com/translation-toolkit/login
Is your subscription running and active?

yes, my subscription is running and active and I also contacted Support this morning through Gateway :)
Here is the message I had before updating Studio, now I don't even get this message as I can't add Language Cloud in the TM view, I only have acess to Adaptive MT model.
It seems your LC Account has not been migrated to NMT, a NMT MT Cloud subscription needs to be added to your LC Account. This is usually done automatically but sometimes because of a variety of reasons, it might have not been done correctly. Support will be able to assist with this.

According to the error message you are trying to use an engine that is not associated to your MT Cloud account. Have you had a MT Cloud trial in the past? What Language Pairs are you using?
No, I didn't had a MT Cloud trial in the past. LC was working fine until beginning of the week.
I'm using EN>FR-FR language pairs.
