I've the same error and I have already done what you suggested.
Hello Sarah Ianieri,
Would you be able to post the full error stack please as this will reveal more information as to the cause.-
The problem however would appear to relate to the server access and login permissions.
Also it would be useful to understand whether you are working as a freelancer or within a corporate network.
Thank you Steven Whale.
I'm working with a corporate but we do not use any server, i'm the only one using Studio.
Below you can see the error stack:
Hello Sarah Ianieri ,
Please attach the full error stack as this only shows part of the message- but which seems to suggest problems with the server proxy...
...which is confusing if you say you are not working on a server.
i sent you a private message Steven Whale
Thanks for providing the error stack- this was very useful.
From this it looks like your MultiTerm installation has become corrupted.
To fix the problem- please follow the solutions in this article-
Please let me know which option resolved the problem.
hello Steven Whale,
I tried both solutions but I still have the error in Trados Studio.
Then I think you should log a free licensing and installation ticket via your account and the support team can take a look at this for you.
Please include the link to this thread and the support team wont need to go over the same 'solutions' with you.
