One of my clients requested me to start using online TMs on a regular basis. In order to start using it they sent me the server address where I can find these TMs.
First, I inserted that address in the appropriate place and the server address was immediately recognized and become available. Then a list with the names of all online TMs available from that server appeared. However, when I click on one of these TMs from the list nothing happens which means that I cannot have access to the TMs.
Does anyone know ow can I fix the problem in order to have access to the TMs?

If you are able to see the client TM's, this suggests of course the login is correct so i would be suspicious of your AntiVirus provider, which may be blocking the access.
Please add Studio (and MultiTerm) you your AV providers white list. Then recreate the project and trya again to access the client server/TM's.
I have already added Studio .exe file to McAfee providers white list but the issue remains.
How can I solve this issue in order to access the online TMs?
