When opening a Transit package in Studio 2017, I get an "access denied" message

Hi, when trying to open a Transit package in Studio 2017, I get an "access denied" message. I have changed the name of the 14.0.0.0 folder to "old", but it still doesn't work. Can anybody help me, please?

Thanks,

Pilar
