Generally speaking, most users find Studio runs well on Parallels or VMWare-

When installing via Bootcamp, please ensure that you have a big enough partition
Both solutions (BootCamp and Parallels/VM) require a supported version of Windows (8.1 or higher).
If there are issues with Parallels, it might be worth checking that you have all the latest updates installed.

Worth noting that with Trados 2021 we are introducing a solution called Trados Live. This gives you the ability to create projects via a browser in the cloud, and also translate them via an online Editor in the cloud. Obviously the feature set will not be as large as that available through the desktop version, but it it is pretty good. You will be able to use this without installing Trados Studio desktop at all if you like.

Yes you can. It's not so good from a phone as the screen is too small, but the experience from a bigger device like an iPad is reasonable.
There are also apps available built specifically for phones, but these are project management tools only... you can't translate with them:
