I'm facing a rather unique problem. Received a .sdlppx from a client and it just wouldn't open. See the screenshot as well as the error message below.
Any thoughts ? I really need to solve this as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot in advance
Hello Alexander Reding ,
There appears to be some rather odd characters in the path, which is probably the cause.

Thanks for your help, renaming the package as well as opening it from inside trados with the "open package" option did the trick. Thanks so much.
Hi Alexander Reding
Firstly you need to find out if the package itself is faulty.
Do you still have a previous package that you were able to open successfully? If so, try opening that one again.
If it starts to open successfully (if the project is still present, you'll get a message saying it's been opened before), then it is the new package that is faulty.
Request a new package from your client.
I hope it's this simple! If not, I'm sure Steven Whale or Paul will be able to help you.
All the best,
Package isn't faulty, I'm sure of that. Already requested a new package from the client and I'm getting the same error. Thank for your answer. Hopefully other people can come up with an idea.
Have you tried opening another package that previously worked?

If you received the package per email attachment, please save this to a slightly different location (removing the other package first)
If you downloaded the package, please move this from your download folder and save to a new location.
Now Open Studio and click 'Open Package'- Does this help?
If not please post the full error stack an attachment and not copied.
