We're a translation agency and we're having an issue with the Google API on Trados Studio 2019 (Windows 10). We get the following error code:"An error has occured while using the translation provider Google Cloud Translation API : The remote server has returned an error: (403) Forbidden".
Our billing method is up to date, we've updated Trados, created a new API key, deactivated VPNs... Any idea what's going on? Thank you in advance :)
Thank you for your reply, Paul. We contacted Google and upgraded our account, the issue is solved.
The problem is probably nothing to do with us at all. Check your VPN (if you're using one), ask your IT to check (use Fiddler to see if that helps), reboot your machine (often helps...).
