Dear colleagues, I get this message when trying to save a new Term in Studio 2019. I updated Multiterm to the version 2019, but I had to unistall it because it shuts down automatically before I could open a termbase. I have work to do and can´t work without Multiterm, so I install again Multiterm 2017 and I get this message when I try to enter a new Term directly from Studio. The answers and solution in other similar questions here and in the Knowledge Base doesn´t help. Does anybody know how can I solve this problem?

Have you also made sure you are running the update version of Studio as well? This also has MultiTerm components so you need to update both. You should have these:
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 220.127.116.1149SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 18.104.22.168482
SDL MultiTerm 2019 doesn´t work, when I open the App, it shuts down automatically before a termbase can be opened. So I ddecide to keep on working with Multiterm 2017. But now I can´t add new terms and in some segments the Term Recognition Windows do not show the terms even though the exist in the termbase.
Any idea how to solve this?

It would be helpful if you checked the versions as we asked? If you are not running both of these versions it would explain why you have this problem:
You can see the version number when you start the application, and also in the Help -> About screen
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 22.214.171.12449
SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1 - 126.96.36.199461
Multiterm 2019 doesn´t work, it starts the starting process and suddenly it shuts down even before the entire process is complete. That´why I uninstall Multiterm 2019 and install the version I was using and was working well until now.
Please download and install MultiTerm from here:
This will install the correct version as the one you have is probably older. If it still doesn't work then I think you'll need to get technical help.
You have two options:
1. Submit a case using a webform2. Use live chat to get a licence reset
You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.
Incidentally, I'm impressed with your diligence to reply to both Daniel and myself. Just a tip, you can refer to Daniel Hug by typing the @ symbol followed immediately by his name with no spaces. Then you can tag him in a reply to me, or vice versa. Might save you a little time :-)
Many htanks for your help! I´ll follow your instructions and I hope that this time iit will work.
