Dear Support Team,
we would like to log in into LanguageCloud but for some reason, after we click the "Log In" button, the following error message appears:
"You don't have permission for this account", and the whole page becomes inaccessible.
Could you help us out with this?

The issue might be because you are not set as an Administrator on the Language Cloud account. See this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000014589
If you are the only user we'll have to log a ticket with Support so we can get your account details and mark you as an Admin user or check if there is anything else that can be causing this.

Yes, I am the only user for now. So if you could log a ticket with Support so that you can get my account details and mark me as an Admin user, that would be much appreciated.

Dear Ryszard Wania, I've opened a ticket, it looked that there was a different e-mail set as Admin on your account, I communicated all the information through the support ticket.
Hope it works now.
