Cloud projects are not synchronizing with Studio 2021

I created a cloud project. I was able to open it from Studio and everything worked fine. Then, it suddenly stopped syncing up.

Basically, I can translate the document from Studio, update the TM, glossaries, etc. I can login in Studio but the progress does not synchronize in Trados Live.

When I tried to generate the target file, it had no translation yet. Furthermore, "save source as" option is not available either. I've made some changes to the source file and I cannot even create a new project using that file!

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Please I need an urgent reply to meet my project deadline.
