Last week we discovered a folowing problem in GS2015: server TM users with Translator access rights are unable to update TM, although earlier it was possible. Now only External Translator users (and PowerUser and Administrator, of course) are able to update TM. We tried different TM bases in different departments with different users, different versions of SDL Trados Studio, different OSs, both in the local network and from the outside. A newly created user with Translator access rights also is unable to update TM.
The important thing is to check the permissions. We assume here that they are default, but maybe your Translator role has changed? Can you edit it from the GroupShare website and check the permissions…
OK - let's see what the community says then. It's an unknown problem to me.
Yes, permissions have spontaneously changed here:
User Management -> Tab Roles -> Roles
Hi Sergey, do you think you could log a support ticket around this? The team can then help troubleshoot this. Thanks, Daniel
Hi Daniel, we do not have a valid support agreement. I wonder if anyone else has a similar problem.

Sweet! So the Write TU was missing?
