2021 GroupShare does not access TMs & Termbase, autosuggest does not function, target segments are being populated with source text, - what might be wrong?
I checked and verified all the settings under File/options -/editor -/autosuggest -/Language Pairs
and under Project settings/All Language Pairs -/Translation Memory and Auto -/Termbases

Is the GroupShare link via web browser https://cloud.sdlgroupshare.com/ ? Are the login credentials the same as for my SDL account?
Can you please check what version of Trados Studio (Help -> About SDL Trados Studio) and the current GroupShare version installed (https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000012700). Can you also make sure the GroupShare connection is established correctly through trados Studio (File -> Setup -> Servers -> Is the server added correctly: Status: Available)? After you check this information I can suggest you the next steps in order to identify the root cause.
I am unable to check the current version of GroupShare - it does not accept my login credentials - perhaps that is the problem ?
The GroupShare version is displayed under the login when you access the GroupShare link via web browser. You can try as a second attempt to access GroupShare but from the web browser. If you still cannot access your GroupShare account that means you should check with the GroupShare administrator in order to review your user credentials.
I assume this is the server you are trying to reach (GroupShare Cloud). The login credentials differ, when logging into SDL account you use some credentials and when you login to GroupShare Cloud are different ones. how can I reach the GroupShare administrator ?
I do have administrator rights and I can review your GroupShare Cloud account. Can you please drop me an email I can continue the investigation and probably set up a remote session?
I just emailed credentials to your address - it appears it could not be delivered due to
