I'm using the free plug-in of BaccS for a while (only to create quotes until now). Today, I bought the Lite version.
After experiencing some issues with the Internal Server (I was unable to see my license keys in the SDL Accounts) I could now activate the software... but I still can't create quotes: As usual, I go to the project list, select one project (with fuzzy matches), clic on "create a new quote", select the customer and clic OK. While whith the free plug-in everything went well, I now don't haba any words counted here and the amout stays 0,00. If I clic on "Add SDL Trados project(s)" nothing happens.
It looks like there is a problem with the plug-in. I try to desactivate it and reactivate, but this didn't help. What can I do?
PS: I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR1 - 184.108.40.206768
Of course, deactivation and activation won't help. I just played with version you have, and quotes are created correctly. So, few suggestions what to check:
If nothing of above helps, we'll continue to search But it must work.
I continued several tests but I now have to go back to "real life"... This message to clarify the problem: it seems that BaacS doesn't recognize SDLs analysis. When editing a quote I can add items and when indicating a fuzzy type the price is calculated correctly. But if I want to "add SDL Trados project(s)" nothing happens!!!
Since I get a lot of projects from translations agencies, this last function is very important for me. I bought this tool because I was interested in this function. If I have to copy all rows of the analysis, this would take too much time.
I then tried to come back to the free plug-in (until we find a solution), but I become an error message:
This is not very important because I would like to use the Lite version (which I installed and activated again). However, it may help in identifying the issue.
Please have a look at this. Many thanks in advance.
Excuse me for being silent yesterday.
Let's start from simple question:

Then, in the Units windows, it is not possible to check the box under Predefined (I don't really know what it is for).
Predefined means that few units are predefined (created in database by default) and can not be deleted. So, this checkbox is uneditable.

I'm playing now with exactly same version as you have. And can't reproduce the issue. Mentioned functionality works, with many different projects (and different languages) that I have in Studio. Until reproduced, it's hard to predict what and why happens. Few questions to you:
