I don't see my license under licenses

I don't see my license under licenses in my account page.

  • The problem is most likely that you have two email addrersses.  You have the one you used to purchase from Eugene, and the one you use for your SDL Account.  I just checked and found the user who is probably you and I also found a licence under the SDL account using this same email address.

    You must have received a notification for this to your other email address.  Please check that account too.  Drop me an email at pfilkin@sdl.com and we can discuss this.
