The user: <MyName> has not been added to the termbase

This error message occurs with a Studio 2017 server-based TM and does not allow me to use term recognition or otherwise access the TM. The IT manager responsible for the server is enjoying another day or two of Christmas. So: is this an SDL issue or a customer-server issue? Full error details and stack trace available if that would help.
