Does anyone have a feasible workaround for SDL Groupshare 14.2 SR1 CU9 where TMs you are trying to export getting stuck in queue and never being able to be downloaded? Any help is greatly appreciated. We do not want to have to reinstall an earlier version of Groupshare.

Exporting TM's and being able to download them should work without problems.The best step moving forward would be to involve SDL Support team in this. I had a similar issue with exports/imports with the same GS version. Check if SDL TMService Agent service is running. If it's stopped, restart it.
I was suggested this fix by support
but changing this dll caused some problems with Chinese and Japanese TM updates.
Just in idea, maybe your problem is caused by something completely different....
