Hi,
When one of our translators opens a file in GroupShare Online Editor, she gets just a blank page. She tried all the available browser. Could anybody advise something? Suggestions "reload the server", "install the updates" will not be relevant :) because, when I login to the GS with her credentials, everything works perfectly in my computer.

Since this is an old thread, I hope this is no longer an issue .
The fact that she is the only one experiencing this, it points to a local problem on that PC. If this is still happening, I would suggest to have the translator check security/restrictions she might have set on her PC. (it may help to whitelist the GS link)
Also, it would be useful if she could update her windows to the latest available windows updates and then check again.

Hi, just sharing my experience. Same issue here i saw that article above too but that was not my case, so on the end i have found that actually SDL Editor Service has being stopped, even though it looked from the status it is running...
Simple restart helped.

Fana, yes it did help - thank you. Several related processes had stopped and needed to be restarted and server rebooted. Problem solved. Have a separate problem with connecting to the TM however now.

When you restart GroupShare's services from GroupShare Console, you should always make sure that they have all started (and manually start any that have not). There should not be any need to reboot the entire server.
SDL Editor Service often does not restart correctly via the console, and there is a defect logged for this with our development department.
