Publishing projects through the TMS integration

Question

Hi all, 
 I am trying to puslish a project in GS 2017 through the Groupshare inbox in TMS, which works great in GS 2015, but when trying to publish to GS 2017, I am told that the server is not available. I have updated the User preferences under My details to look like this: 
 
 Any input on this would be very welcome.

 I just found a similar thread, in which it seems that the solutions would be not to log in through SSO, so I am going to test that first, otherwise I will log a case. Thanks.
