Hi,

I work with Studio 2019 and I have accepted a GroupShare project. According to the PM I should receive a GroupShare notification and I can also access the project in Studio through the Open Project button in the Trados GroupShare menu. I have not received the notification and when I open the GroupShare window in Studio, I do not see the project in question listed, just one old project that has nothing to do with my project.

Can it be that the PM needs to reset something at her end to give me access to that project? Or can it be an incompatibility issue between her Studio version (most probably 2017) and mine? Or is there anything I can do to receive access to that project?
