Some of my colleagues have encountered the below error message when either trying to open files published through Groupshare or trying to publish. I haven't been able to find any useful info in communities or on Google. so I was wondering if anyone has this message and know what the issue is.

Thanks, I haven't heard about other users experiencing this issue, since I made this post, however if you could tell me whether there is anything we could do to avoid the issue, that would be great.

This is usually caused when internal users try use one of the new SDL Language Office servers with Studio 2017 instead of using Studio 2019. As Adi said, it has to do with the way you authorise with the server, and we cannot discuss this on public forums.
If you require this to be investigated further then please log a case in SDL Gateway.
