GS2015: Translator access rights are unable to update TM

Last week we discovered a folowing problem in GS2015: server TM users with Translator access rights are unable to update TM, although earlier it was possible. Now only External Translator users (and PowerUser and Administrator, of course) are able to update TM. We tried different TM bases in different departments with different users, different versions of SDL Trados Studio, different OSs, both in the local network and from the outside. A newly created user with Translator access rights also is unable to update TM.
