How to change rights on Groupshare once a project is published

Question

Hi 
 I wanted to know if it is possible to change rights for users once the project created and published (Groupshare cloud version): 
 - from the online access 
 - on the local SDL tool? 
 
 Is it possible to let users choose if they want to add a new TM of their own in the project, activate, deactivate TM once project published? 
 
 Any specific documentation on such kind of accesses/rights?

Dear Laetitia, 
 Changing permissions and rights is possible, regardless if your translator is already assigned to a project, and this can be done via the GroupShare Web User Interface.
