SDL GroupShare - TM could not be opened or has been disabled

Question

Hi, 
 
 When we create a new project from SDL Trados Studio 2019, and select the expected TM from SDL GroupShare we are getting the following pop-up / error message: TM "&ldquo;could not be opened or has been disabled". 
 
 Please advise why we are getting this message at certain times.
