Hi, we have a problem with checking in a file.
attached is a screenshot.
I know the user has not updated his studio 2017 while I have Studio 2019 and GS (UI: 14.1.8 GS: 14.2.32756.8 - SR1 CU8). The user does not update the studio because other managers told him not to do that in order not to become incompatible with their versions of studio 2017 and GS (which an older version than mine).

If this user is the only one dealing with this while other users have no problems, there is a chance this is a local issue - perhaps with a configuration file from Studio. As possible suggestions for the affected user:- remove the project from the list, and try to download it from GroupShare once more- reset Studio to default state and check again:
