could not check-in file

Hi, we have a problem with checking in a file.

Screenshot of Trados Studio 2019 showing an error message 'Failed to check in one or more files. Please see the error message for each file.' with one file listed as having a check-in error.

attached is a screenshot.

I know the user has not updated his studio 2017 while I have Studio 2019 and GS (UI: 14.1.8 GS: 14.2.32756.8 - SR1 CU8). The user does not update the studio because other managers told him not to do that in order not to become incompatible with their versions of studio 2017 and GS (which an older version than mine).
