GS2020 Lookups don't work in Online Editor

After upgrading from GS2017 to GS2020 we had some problems when adding a Termbase to Groupshare, as they were not shown in the Online Editor. After some back and forth, a technician from SDL took a look and fixed the problem. After this fix, holidays arrived and we have didn't have the opportunity to work with the Online Editor. We have tried now, and we've noticed that lookups don't work.

We've seen this has been happening to other companies as well, and we've tried to follow their potential solutions:
