MultiTerm Online no longer accessible

As of this morning and for an unknown reason, we can no longer access Multiterm Online (Groupshare installed on our server). Normally I would expect restarting Apache Tomcat to fix this, but today I get the error below. Any advice?Error message on Windows Services management console showing 'Windows could not start the Apache Tomcat 8.5 Tomcat8 on Local Computer' with a reference to service-specific error code 1.
