Cannot open/create TM in one organization(Groupshare)

Question

I suddenly cannot open/create TM in one of my organization/container. 
 below is my Groupshare org: 
 Organizaiton: Vendor A 
 sub organization: SUB-1 (Container sub-1) 
 sub organization: SUB-2 (container sub-2) 
 the user I used has administrator permission for all organizaitons. 
 when I access the TM page in website of groupshare for this sub organization "SUB-1" , it reports:"an error has occrured while processing your request." I cannot create TM in this organization either. 
 other organization SUB-2 TM creation and opening works fine. 
 Any one has the similar issue? how to resolve this? thanks.

Hi @Hong Zhou Thank you for the update. When you say Root - do you mean the actual Root Organization, or do you mean that your user is saved as Admin in "Vendor A" ? What happens if you connect with the SA user ? Do you have the same behaviour? Where is the TM container of the affected suborg, saved ? Is it saved under sub organization: SUB-1 ? Can you maybe add a screenshot and also mention the GS version ? Also if you have a GroupShare Support Contract, you can raise a case in gateway and SDLSupport will probably fix this faster.
